13.2 Return Conditions
Products must be unused, undamaged, unopened, and in original packaging.
Items exposed to water, showing signs of use, or custom/personalized are not eligible.
13.3 Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee may apply, except for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
13.4 Customs & Import Fees
For international orders, customs duties, VAT, and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
13.5 Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before processing/shipping.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; standard return conditions apply.
13.6 Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days of receiving the return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
Restocking fee is deducted from the refund, if applicable.
